Woodland Hills is the site of the first U.S. branch of the British-based Homeopathy Study Club. The club aims to find new treatments for common medical conditions through homeopathy. It also provides professional resources for physicians, dentists, nurses and other medical professionals to integrate Eastern and Western medicine. “Our ultimate goal with the U.S. expansion of the Study Club is to provide better education and resources on the homeopathic practices which can be combined with standard Western Medicine,” stated club founder and British neurosurgeon Sim Farar. Founded by Farar in 1998, the club has a membership of more than 200 healthcare professionals.
