PALMDALE – Antelope Valley home sales climbed 261% in February over last year as affordable prices are drawing buyers back into the marketplace. There were 646 homes sold in the Antelope Valley in February with a total value estimated at $87.8 million, compared to 179 homes in February 2008 with a total value of $44.9 million. The average sale price has dropped 46% to $135,939, according to statistics compiled by the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors. For the full story click here
