Fuel injection systems developer Transonic Combustion Inc. received a third round of funding from investors. The Camarillo-based company will use the money to further advance its patented technology, add to its workforce and facilities and continue collaboration with automakers. Venrock, Khosla Ventures, Rustic Canyon Partners and Saints Capital have all provided previous funding to Transonic. The company has also received support from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation to expand into that state. Mark R. Madler
