LANCASTER – The City Council on Tuesday agreed to pay up to $2 million to guarantee the continued operation of the Lancaster Honda auto dealership for 30 years. Acting in its capacity as the Lancaster Redevelopment Agency, the council voted to pay Rick Clutter and Ed Kawulak $2 million for their promise to keep the dealership open for the next three decades.
