More than two years after moving to a “temporary” location, the Thousand Oaks farmers market is scheduled to return to its original site at The Oaks on June 4. Until that date, the market will continue to take place from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at its current location atop the former Thousand Oaks city hall on Hillcrest Drive.
