CITY HALL , The city’s drab industrial corridor could become a bustling center for creative arts and media industries under a proposal that gained support Tuesday from the City Council. At Tuesday’s Redevelopment Agency meeting, the council directed Development Services Director Phillip Lanzafame to continue researching the possibility of designating a media and design district within the San Fernando Road corridor, which is already designated a redevelopment area.
