Woodland Hills-based ReachLocal, Inc. is expanding its sales force in the United States and overseas. The company, which provides online marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and employs 1,300 people, is opening offices in Düsseldorf, Germany; Newcastle, Australia; and Columbus, Ohio. ReachLocal’s online services include search engine marketing, display advertising, deal commerce and assisted chat service. Zorik Gordon, co-founder and CEO, said the company is continuing its strategic focus to expand its local presence in both the national and international markets. With the addition of the three new offices, ReachLocal will operate in 11 international and 46 North American markets. “In addition to these openings, we are on track with our international expansion strategy that we announced this year, with plans to launch in another European country this quarter and our first Asian country during the first quarter of 2012,” Gordon said.
