uSamp Adds to Its Board of Directors

Market research sampling firm uSamp has added two new members to its board of directors. Alan Gould and Sean Moriarty bring to the board of the Encino-based company decades of business experience that will help uSamp grow, executives said. Moriarty is former president and CEO of Ticketmaster, and executive vice president of technology and vice president of internet systems at Citysearch. “uSamp is a company with extraordinary potential to change the way companies obtain business and consumer insights,” Moriarty said in a prepared statement. “It’s exciting to work with a team that has the vision, ambition and experience to transform a large established industry.” Gould is a venture partner with Greycroft Partners and currently serves on the boards of Crowd Computing Software and Netsertive. Gould is a co-founder and former CEO at IAG Research, a television industry data collection firm that is now owned by The Nielsen Co. “We are happy to welcome Alan and Sean to the Board,” said uSamp Co-founder and CEO Matt Dusig in a prepared statement. “They both have years of experience managing and leading companies, and we look forward to the contributions and unique perspective they will bring to uSamp to help us grow.” Mark R.
