IPC The Hospitalist Co. Inc. has acquired three doctor practices in Michigan and Florida, the company announced Thursday. The Camarillo semiconductor manufacturer projects earnings per share of zero to 8 cents for the quarter ending Jan. 26. The previous guidance was 9 cents to 18 cents. Revenue guidance also was lowered to between $120 million and $130 million from previous guidance of $132 million to $144 million.
