Galpin Ford Tops in Sales Volume – Again

Galpin Ford retained its title as the world’s best-selling Ford dealership by volume for the 23rd time last year with sales of more than 22,000 vehicles. Galpin Ford outsold its nearest competitor by more than 3,000 vehicles, according to the dealership. The 22,000 vehicles represented a 14-percent increase over 2011. That achievement was among several earned by the dealerships owned by Galpin Motors in North Hills. The company’s Jaguar dealership was No. 1 in U.S. retail sales; the Mazda and Lincoln dealerships had the highest sales volume in the western United States; the Volkswagen and Honda dealerships were No. 2 in the western United States; and the Aston Martin dealership was No. 4 nationwide. “The diverse line-up of vehicles, matched with our outstanding incentives and continued commitment to helping every customer on a personal basis, helped to make 2012 a standout year,” said President Bert Boeckmann, in a prepared statement.
