Private financing firm Quail Capital Corp. has formed a business unit to provide funding for customers wanting to purchase audio and lighting products from Harman International Industries Inc. The Burbank lender will finance dealers and buyers of Harman professional gear. The Stamford, Conn. company sells mixers, microphones and amplifiers. “Our more than 20 years serving the entertainment industry will continue to provide the most innovative — and yet grounded — options for our joint customers,” Quail Capital Chief Executive Jeff Rudin said in a prepared statement. Quail’s global program will allow dealers and customers to capitalize on current economic conditions, said Phil Tatro, director of Order to Cash at Harman. “We are pleased to engage Quail Capital to provide our customers with comprehensive financing solutions that will enable them to evolve and grow,” Tatro said in a prepared statement.
