Welltower has gained a two-building medical office complex totaling 50,000 square feet in Westlake Village, spending $29.95 million on the acquisition, according to a Bisnow report. Evan Kovac, Andrew Milne and Trent Jemmett at Seattle’s HFF offices represented the sellers, Nadler Cypress Holdings2 and La Venta. Known as Westlake Village and located at 1220 and 1250 La Venta Dr., both buildings are fully leased and anchored by UCLA Health and Providence St. Joseph Health, respectively. Health Properties will provide property management services for both buildings. Based in Toledo, Ohio, Welltower is a real estate investment trust that focuses on medical properties.
