North Hollywood Warehouse Sold for $6.15 Million

An industrial complex at 13401 Saticoy St. in North Hollywood has sold for $6.15 million to Regent Commercial Holdings LLC, according to brokerage Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura. Varna Investment Group sold the class C, 33,505-square-foot warehouse, which was built in 1976, according to CoStar Group. The sale price represents about $183.50 a square foot. Scott Caswell, a principal at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. Lee Associate Erica Owens also worked on the deal. “The property is very well suited to the users in the area with small units and high clearance and good visibility on a major street,” Caswell said in a statement. “We were able to narrow the offers to six very qualified finalists.” The property was fully leased to nine tenants at the time of sale, with units ranging from 1,800 square feet to 8,600 square feet.
