Spanish-language broadcaster LBI Media announced last week the appointments of Ivan Stoilkovich as executive vice president of television programming and Jason Hall as executive vice president of advertising sales, both effective immediately. The Burbank company, which does business as Liberman Broadcasting, emerged from Chapter 11 protection after completing its reorganization plan in October. Stoilkovich was previously head of production at LBI. He will oversee all aspects of day-to-day production, programming and content for the Estrella TV Network. Hall, previously LBI’s senior vice president of national sales, will lead advertising and brand awareness initiatives. Also, he will manage the company’s national sales representatives in its Burbank, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Atlanta and Miami offices. “Ivan and Jason have proven their leadership over the years at LBI Media and we are excited for them as they take on these elevated roles,” said LBI Chief Executive Peter Markham in a statement. “LBI Media’s multichannel platform is well-positioned to serve distinctive programming content to the growing Hispanic consumer market.”
