Scene Maker Seals Lease

Triscenic Production Services has added 275,000 square feet to its industrial presence in the Santa Clarita Valley, according to CBRE Group, the brokerage which handled the transaction.The company provides set storage and lock-up rooms, soundstages, production offices and mill space for TV and theatrical film producers, as well as music event companies. Triscenic signed four new leases in Valencia. The leases are at 28145 Harrison Parkway, 28114 Witherspoon Parkway, 25395 Rye Canyon Road and 27727 Avenue Scott.Triscenic’s portfolio of industrial and office square footage now exceeds 1.5 million square feet, what Triscenic Chief Operating Officer Bob Doyle called in a statement “an impressive footprint that keeps expanding.”CBRE’s Matt Dierckman, David Harding, Greg Geraci and Billy Walk represented Vince Gervasi, owner of tenant Triscenic.“These new additions to Triscenic’s portfolio will provide great resources for additional productions at a time when the entertainment industry is ramping up to meet the ever-increasing demand for content across all platforms,” CBRE’s Dierckman said in a statement.
