The 7,500-square-foot boutique, set to open in 2023, will anchor an expansion project set in the former Sears store and announced last year. The 180,000-square-foot retail district will feature a chef-driven food hall, lounges, cocktail bars, entertainment, recreational activities and landscaped indoor and outdoor public spaces.
“We are thrilled to bring Hermès to our customers at Westfield Topanga,” Colin Shaughnessy, Executive Vice President of Leasing at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in the U.S. said in a statement. “The addition of Hermès speaks to the sophisticated transformation our guests can expect to discover in the Westfield Topanga expansion, and the quality of our global portfolio of Westfield destinations more broadly.”
Westfield Topanga and the company’s adjacent The Village currently encompass more than 360 shops, restaurants and personal service providers in 2.1 million square feet of retail space.
