 Office vacancy loosened to 17.4 percent, a significant uptick from 13.9 percent the previous quarter. Tenants gave back nearly 226,650 square feet to the market. At the same time, asking rates increased 7 cents to $2.70 a square foot.Main EventsMG Properties Group bought the 213-unit apartment complex named Las Positas in Camarillo for $96 million. Las Vegas-based developer Fore Property sold the property at 352 Townsite Promenade.The 45,464-square-foot office building at 4360 Park Terrace Drive in Westlake Village sold for $8.67 million to tenant Caldera Medical Inc.

Patriot Drive B sold the four industrial condominiums at 74 and 82 W. Cochran St. in Simi Valley for nearly $7.2 million.

The former site of a Coco’s Bakery restaurant at 4895 N. Las Virgenes Road in Calabasas sold for nearly $3.3 million to restaurateur Salsa and Beer.
