The two-story community at 980 Warwick Ave. will accept residents as of March 29, the Irvine company said, with space for 82 people with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairing conditions.
Silverado added that its Thousand Oaks staff have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
“Offering and committing to maintaining a staff that has received the vaccine creates a great level of confidence,” Silverado Chief Executive Loren Shook said in a statement.
Ronda Wilkin will lead the Thousand Oaks community as administrator, bringing three decades of experience in the health and human services fields, Silverado said. Dr. Boules Salib will serve as medical director.
Silverado has another Valley memory care location in Calabasas.
