The Agoura Hills biotech company NeoStem Inc. has signed a strategic alliance with Utek Corp. in a bid to expand its foothold in the adult stem cell collection and storage field, the company said. Tampa-based UTEK, which works with companies to develop new product pipelines, will assist NeoStem in identifying possible technology acquisitions.
