Terms of the deal between Valencia-based arvato and Protexis were not disclosed. Digital software is a growing business but publishers are having a hard time finding reliable and affordable distribution partners, said arvato President and CEO Hans Peter Huelskoetter. “With Protexis and its trusted digital distribution system added to arvato’s full-service, end-to-end supply chain solution, we now offer publishers an expanded suite of service and distribution opportunities that can enhance their profitability,” Huelskoetter said.
