The Cheesecake Factory has named Agnieszka Winkler to its board of directors. Winkler is the founder and chairman of The Winkler Group, a San Francisco-based management consultancy specializing in branding and marketing efficiency. With the appointment, Karl Matthies, who previously announced his resignation, will accelerate his departure from May 22 to May 3 when Winkler comes on board.
