LANCASTER – City officials are reviewing plans for a 22-acre shopping center to be built on the former links of the nine-hole Meadowlark Golf Course on the northwest corner of 60th Street West and Avenue K. City planning commissioners will accept comments from the public today on the adequacy of the environmental impact report prepared for the development of the shopping center.
