Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank is looking to cut staff and outsource the jobs to India and Poland. While details remain sketchy, the cuts are expected in back office positions in management information systems, finance and accounting, the Los Angeles Times reported. The Times attributed to people familiar with the situation that the jobs will be sent overseas to India and Poland. Other departments of the studio are also likely to be affected, but it is unclear to what extent, the Times reported. Warner Bros. spokeswoman Sue Fleishman was quoted in the Times as not giving details of the cutbacks and that “no decisions have been made.”
