PALMDALE – At this time a rate hike is momentarily on hold for Palmdale Water District customers. But that holding pattern won’t last. District directors, at their board meeting Wednesday night, granted a request by General Manager Randy Hill to delay voting on a new water rate structure for roughly one week.
