Electro Rent Corp., a Van Nuys-based rental and leasing firm, has acquired a Belgium-based provider of test and measurement equipment rentals through its subsidiary ER Europe. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition of Everest EST follows an operating alliance that has been in place for several years. Through the acquisition, Everest EST will also be able to offer the product rentals offered by Electro Rent, including personal computers, servers and other equipment.
