Electronic Sensor Technology will sell six of its odor detection units through a distributor for homeland security use in Pakistan. The order from distributor ELPICON Inc. is anticipated to be followed by add-on orders. Newbury Park-based EST believes the order will continue is long-term relationship with ELPICON to market odor detection units in Pakistan, said Electronic Sensor Chairman and CEO Teong Lim. “We expect ELPICON to train the security personnel in Pakistan to use these instruments to strengthen their security positions in the near future,” Lim said.
