The price of gasoline in California fell to the lowest levels in three months, dropping to an average of $2.582 per gallon, according to a survey conducted by the Federal Energy Information Administration. The price last week reflected a decline of 7.7 cents over the prior week. Pundits cited a decline in demand for the price drop.
