PALMDALE – Rancho Vista Golf Course has been under new management for more than three weeks, but employees say it is business as they know it at the westside public facility. A spokesperson for R. Gregg Anderson at the Rancho Vista Development Co. said neither the golf course nor Cascades restaurant have changed ownership, though both are under the direction of Western Golf Properties, an Orange County-based management company.
