PALMDALE – In what is becoming a recurring theme for the Antelope Valley’s real estate market, sales are continuing to soar at triple-digit rates while average sales prices are dropping at double-digit rates. Antelope Valley’s April home sales soared 152% over the same period last year with 866 homes sold, according to statistics compiled by the Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors.
