IHOP Corp. has signed franchise agreements to build 20 new restaurants over the next five years. The restaurants will be built in Georgia, Virginia, Washington, Ontario, Canada and the U.S. Virgin Islands. With the newest agreements, IHOP is slated to build 388 restaurants in the U.S., Mexico and Canada over the next 13 years.
