LANCASTER – Green jobs will provide greenbacks for Antelope Valley residents, at least that’s the thrust behind the High Desert Region Green Jobs Initiative. Antelope Valley College trustees bought into the green jobs concept when they unanimously approved a resolution for the college to become a stakeholder in an effort that unites government agencies, private industry, community-based organizations and educational leaders.
