Metro has approved $5 million in additional funding for interchange improvements at Magic Mountain Parkway and Interstate 5 in Santa Clarita. The money will help pay for a long-term project to improve off-ramps at the intersection and realign The Old Road. The additional funding was prompted by an increase in the cost of steel and other building materials.
