National Technical Systems, Inc. has acquired B & B; Technologies, a systems integrator based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the company announced Monday. BBT designs and integrates test, measurement, automation, data acquisition, and control systems. The acquisition by the Calabasas-based NTS is part of the company’s growth strategy to provide a wider breadth of engineering services for its clients, said Director of Corporate Development Derek Coppinger. “We are focused on becoming the single solution for engineering services for our customers and this additional capability moves us in that direction,” Coppinger said. NTS serves the defense, aerospace, telecommunications, automotive and high technology markets.
