Westlake Village-based National Veterinary Associates has been sold to a venture firm. Privately held Silicon Valley-based firm Summit Partners paid about $128 million for the company, a chain of vet clinics started in 1997 by Stan Creighton. The company has 96 animal hospitals in 29 states.
