Higgins Development Partners LLC is set to develop an office tower in Burbank’s Media District. The Newport Beach-based company said it will build a seven-story, 363,000-square-foot building on a site that was formerly part of the Lockheed facility. Walton Street Capital LLC is the equity partner on the project. Construction is expected to begin late this year.
