Construction James E. Thrash has been appointed president of Parsons Asia Pacific, a regional business unit of Parsons Corp., a full-service engineering, procurement and construction organization. Parsons currently manages energy and chemical projects in South Korea and Thailand, transportation programs in Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia and China, and infrastructure projects in South Korea and the Philippines. Thrash will be based in the Pasadena office until he sets up an office in Asia, where he will also reside.
