Advertising Gene Williams has joined Mosaic Advertising & Marketing in Sherman Oaks. He will head up the company’s new direct response division. Williams was formerly a partner at Power Media Marketing Group. Real Estate Stephen Schmidt was promoted to the new post of senior vice president of residential community development for The Newhall Land and Farming Co. in Valencia. He will assume responsibility for all new properties. Schmidt previously worked in commercial/industrial operations and community development.
