Glen Cooper has been named senior vice president and will be responsible for budget and forecasting efforts, as well as analyzing business processes and practices. Robert Kellar has become senior vice president of the division technology department and will explore ways to use the firm’s technology to increase efficiency and reduce loan costs. Kimberly Kemball-Cook has been promoted to senior vice president and will head national sales and customer services for the division. Eldon Richardson has been appointed executive vice president of loan production for Calabasas-based ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co. His responsibilities include increasing staff, expanding the branch office network, developing new financing sources, and moving the firm into the wholesale arena. Most recently, Richardson was deputy chief operating officer at Imperial Thrift and Loan Association. Engineering Jeffrey Erle has been appointed president of Litton Enterprise Solutions Inc. Based in Woodland Hills, he will direct day-to-day operations of the three lines of business of LES while overseeing the relationship between LES and Litton Industries and representing LES to Litton management and shareholders. Entertainment Glendale-based ASI Entertainment has announced four senior executive promotions. Ellen Ryan has been appointed vice president of nationwide client services. She will spearhead day-to-day activities, including scheduling and facilities. Ryan joined ASI in 1986 as a project director. Blair Gordon has been promoted to senior vice president of NBC client services. He joined ASI in 1974 as a mailroom clerk. Donna Lawrence has been promoted to vice president of NBC client services. She joined the company in 1978 as an administrative assistant. Beverly Bolotin has been promoted to vice president of CBS client services. She joined the firm in 1977 as the preview-house theater coordinator. Susanne Daniels has been named president of entertainment at The WB Television Network. As part of her responsibilities, she will assume oversight of Kids WB! Prior to joining the network, Daniels spent two years at Fox Broadcasting Co. as director of comedy development. In addition, Jordan Levin has been named executive vice president of programming. He joined the network in 1994 as head of comedy development and current programming Ann Giambusso[picla1-11] has been appointed vice president of human resources for Universal Studios Recreation Group. She will work closely with USRG business executives in partnership with corporate human resources to design, develop and implement human resources strategies. Previously, Giambusso has served as human resources counsel for Seagram. Brian Mulligan has been promoted to executive vice president of operations and finance for Universal Studios. He will assist in managing the operations and will be responsible for developing strategic business opportunities throughout the company’s global operations, as well as leading its worldwide finance organization. Mulligan has been with Universal for eight years, most recently as senior vice president of corporate development and strategic planning. Health Care Prudence Kuai has been appointed vice president of information systems for specialty businesses for WellPoint Health Networks Inc. She will be responsible for management of the systems that support the specialty businesses, including dental, pharmacy, life and behavioral health. Most recently, Kuai served as vice president of WellPoint’s information technology strategy and planning. Also, Therese Williams[picla1-4] has been promoted to vice president of the office of the chairman. She will maintain primary responsibility for supporting the chief executive with special projects and serving as his representative. Williams joined the company in 1990 as a group manager in market planning and development. Robert Mathews has been appointed executive vice president and general manager of Chatsworth-based COHR Inc.’s MasterPlan division. He will be responsible for all COHR MasterPlan operations, including marketing, sales and financial performance. Most recently, Mathews served as vice president and general manager of Diasonics Vingmed Ultrasound Inc. Sam Ocampo [picla12-14]has been promoted to administrative director of marketing and business development for Glendale Adventist Medical Center. His responsibilities include strategic planning and development, physician relations and development, marketing and communications, and Adventist Health Advantage, the hospital’s senior program. Most recently, Ocampo was manager of strategic planning for Adventist Health/Southern California. Nutrition Greg Andrews has been appointed director of marketing for the Nature Made brand of vitamins at Pharmavite Corp. He will be responsible for providing leadership for the brand and managing its multimillion-dollar marketing budget. Prior to joining the firm, Andrews worked at Suiza Foods Corp., most recently as vice president of marketing. Personnel Michelle Fletcher has been appointed vice president of client relations at the Woodland Hills office of Lee Hecht Harrison. She will be responsible for enhancing relationships with current and prospective clients based in the Valley and surrounding areas. Also, Herman Cenci has been appointed as senior consultant. He will work closely with senior executives in the executive coaching, outplacement and career management programs. Most recently, Cenci served as president and CEO of H.R. Cenci Laboratories/Cenci Powder Products. Lorraine Trotter has joined the Westlake Village office of Robert Half International as a recruiting manager. She has 20 years of accounting experience and owned a financial consulting firm for 10 years. Most recently, Trotter served as director of national accounts payable for Kinkos Inc. Real Estate Mavis Kerper[picnm12-28] has been promoted to vice president of the Fred Sands Encino office. She will continue in her role as Encino sales manager as well as become more involved in developing company-wide procedures. Kerper has been serving as sales manager since joining the firm in 1996. Telecommunications Brian Robson has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Westlake Village-based Coyote Network Systems Inc. He joined the company in 1996 as vice president and controller. Previously, Robson held controller positions with Northern Telecom.
