PS Business Parks Inc. has divested a business park totaling 574,000 square feet in Oregon. The Glendale-based real estate investment trust paid $64.5 million for the property, which includes 13 buildings in Beaverton. PS Business Parks said it planned to use the proceeds from the sale for working capital.
