ResCare Inc. has completed a previously announced deal to buy the operating assets and business of Van-Nuys based TTI America Inc., which provides services to adults in California and Florida who have lost their jobs or face some barrier to employment. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. According to Louisville-based Rescare, the purchase is expected to generate about $20 million in annual revenue. TTI America will become part of Arbor E & T; in ResCare’s Division for Training Services. Arbor, which was acquired by ResCare last year, also provides training and employment to adults and youth with barriers to employment. Its services include welfare-to-work initiatives, job training and assistance for foster children learning to live independently.
