Salem Communications Corporation, the leading radio broadcaster focused on Christian and family-themed programming, has announced that it will acquire Christianity.com, an online provider of Christian content and a wide range of ministry resources, for approximately $3.4 million. The websites owned and operated by Salem Communications are Christian themed and reach an estimated audience of 3,000,000 each month. Salem’s web properties include Crosswalk.com, OnePlace.com, Christianjobs.com, theFish.com and CCM magazine.com. In addition to the aforementioned websites, the Camarillo-based company also owns 104 radio stations, through which it broadcasts Christian programming.
