Santa Clarita Development Sold

Fairway Business Park, one of the sub-developments within the Centre Pointe Business Park in Santa Clarita, has sold out. Fairway Commercial Partners, which developed the 111,000-square-foot center has sold the three buildings that comprise the recently completed park for a total of more than $10 million. The William S. Hart Union School District purchased a 44,944-square-foot building. IST International Finance, purchased a 35,860-square-foot building. Certified Thermoplastics Inc., a specialty extruder, purchased a 30,093-square-foot building. Fairway Commercial Partners, with offices in Valencia and Manhattan Beach, will also break ground later this year on two separate projects in the park. An office building is set to be developed by one of the Fairway partners, Rod Oshita, and another multi-tenant industrial building will be developed by Fairway’s other principal Jim Backer. Jim Linn, a broker with Grubb & Ellis, represented Fairway in the three sales.
