Optical communications manufacturer Source Photonics will offer a sale of common stock next year, according to a filing with the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission. The number of shares to be offered and the price range of the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Source Photonics is a subsidiary of publicly-held Chatsworth-based MRV Communications Inc. It designs and manufactures optical communication products used in telecommunication systems and data communications networks.
