A project to widen the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 23 in Thousand Oaks is one step closer after the city reached a cooperative agreement with the California Department of Transportation to take over the design. The plan to widen the intersection has been stalled since March 2005 because Caltrans did not have the funding in place to proceed. For the full story click here
