Two San Fernando Valley high schools recveived state construction grants to ease overcrowding. Three Simi Valley schools were also among the total tof 193 Californian schools receiving funding from the State Allocation Board. The funds will provide for new construction and modernization projects and help address classroom overcrowding at California schools. In addition, the grants will help some schools make emergency repairs to their facilities.
