Warner Pacific Insurance Services has acquired the carrier contracts of a subsidiary of WellPoint Inc. The acquisition by Westlake Village-based Warner Pacific of Comprehensive Integrated Marketing Services in San Bernardino fits in with the long-term goals of the company. “It allows Warner Pacific to significantly enhance and expand our accessibility and service capabilities and bring more value to brokers,” said John J. Nelson, co-CEO of Warner Pacific. This agreement follows a merger less than a month ago when Warner Pacific acquired Price Associates located in Fresno, which serves brokers throughout Central California and along the Coast.
