Washington Mutual is set to open a new branch on Sepulveda Boulevard in Van Nuys. The bank has signed a lease for a 5,593-square-foot retail building in the Sherman Sepulveda Shopping Center that also includes a Jon’s Marketplace and CVS Drugs store. The Washington Mutual branch is expected to open in the fourth quarter of the year.
