Aerospace Firm Learns Spanish

Structural Integrity Engineering, a Chatsworth company serving the aerospace industry, has been acquired by Aernnova Aerospace in Spain. Structural Integrity adds engineering and certification expertise that complements Aernnova’s engineering and design organization approval services. Iñaki López Gandásegui, chief executive of Aernnova, said he was proud to welcome Structural Integrity to the company’s family of aerospace firms. “SIE’s reputation for the highest quality FAA certification expertise, structural design and engineering, analysis and systems integration skills will fit well in our North American growth plans,” Gandásegui said in a statement. Matt Creager, who will continue as the Valley company’s president, said he was honored to have secured the confidence of Aernnova’s management. “We look forward to working as part of Aernnova’s international engineering and manufacturing team to deliver high-quality solutions for our customers,” Creager said in a statement.
