The Business Journal this month is publishing small profiles of local Asian-American business owners, such as Stephen Yeoh, above, who started an information technology company in Thousand Oaks. We’re calling it Asian Entrepreneurs Month, and it coincides with the Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month in May. I think you’ll find the stories on the following pages fascinating. Like entrepreneurs anywhere, they generally say the rewards of being your own boss are great, but the challenges can be daunting.
