Judi Rose, well known to Valley leaders as the longtime chief development officer for Valley Community Healthcare, has decided to retire at the end of the year. What’s she looking forward to? “Leisure! Sleeping in! I plan to sit in my lovely yard with a drink in my hand until I don’t want to. Then I’ll think about what’s next.” Rose said she will miss the “wonderful people at VCH that I work with, and the many, many people in the community who I have known, and the donors who support our wonderful organization.” But, after 22 years, she said it’s time to turn it over to someone with “fresh energy” and this is as good time as any to retire “because after many years of saving, I can.” … Entertainment startup Hello Group has opened Hello Studios in Burbank with a slate of new executives. At the top is Chief Executive Taylor Jones, a former performer at Walt Disney Co. in Burbank and now a music agent; President Phil Quartararo, former chief executive at Warner Bros. Records in Burbank; and Chief Operating Officer Kyran Jones. Hello Studios is a 25,000-square-foot production facility available to rent for independent film, television, video game or music video projects. … Andy Pollock, chief executive of Anchor Loans in Thousand Oaks, can celebrate a cumulative lending total of $10 billion. The finance company, which makes short-term loans to house flippers, passed the $1 billion level in 2016. “Surpassing the $10 billion mark is a significant milestone for Anchor and the fix-and-flip lending industry,” Pollock said in a statement.  “While it is rewarding to look back on what we have achieved, what’s ahead for Anchor in terms of growth and product expansion is just as exciting.” … Victoria Bourdas Martinez took over as chief executive of the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce on Oct. 4.
